	The Hokkien Foundation is a company limited by guarantee incorporated in Singapore on 2^nd July 1977. It is an Institution of a Public Character. The principal activities of the Foundation are the provision for relief of human suffering and fostering education of all kinds.


	To raise the standard of living of Singaporeans through fostering of education and provision of scholarships, bursaries and charitable grants to deserving candidates and institutions.
