National Primary School Chinese Story-Telling Competition 2021
Incepted in 2005, the National Primary School Chinese Story-Telling Competition aims to provide a platform for primary school students to hone their story-telling skills and cultivate their interest in learning the Chinese language. To date, more than 1,600 students have participated in this national competition.

The 181-year-old Singapore Hokkien Huay Kuan today celebrated the beginning of the Year of Ox with the gifting of more than 4,300 historical documents to the National Library Board, including land sales indentures dating back to 1828, older than the clan association itself.
