Membership Application

Please be reminded to submit your duly completed Singapore Hokkien Huay Kuan membership application form by the stipulated date.

Step 3

Becoming A Volunteer

After the membership application is approved, you will need to fill in an additional form to sign up as a volunteer with SHHK. The link to apply will be provided in the membership approval email.

Step 4

Volunteer Hours

After applying to be a volunteer, you will receive “Call for Volunteer” emails from time to time. Do respond to these emails and sign up for available slots to begin accumulating volunteer hours.

You will have to complete at least 80 volunteer hours by the 30th of June in the year of registration for primary 1.

Step 5

Phase 2B Application

You will have to fill in another form to apply for recommendation to register under Phase 2B. Typically, a notification to apply will be sent to you in mid-April in the year of registration for primary 1. If you did not receive any notification to apply by end-April, kindly email us at admin@shhk.com.sg.
