To promote goodwill and fellowship among ethnic Chinese Singapore citizens who belong to the Hokkien dialect group.

To improve and upgrade the standard of living and the quality of life of the Association’s members and the Hokkien community at large.

To preserve and advance the Chinese language and Chinese culture.

To promote and advance the cause of education in Singapore.

To promote, support and/or participate in any community service or charitable activities as the Association may decide from time to time without any distinction as to race, language or religion.
