1. Minimum of 2 consecutive years of membership by 30 June of the year of registration (child born in 2020 and before) OR Minimum of 1 year and 9 consecutive months of membership by 30 June of the year of registration (child born in 2021 and after); AND
2. Completed 80 hours of volunteer service with or through SHHK before 31 May of the year of registration
