SHHK only gathers personal data such as full names, telephone numbers, last 3 digits and checksum of NRIC, mailing addresses and email addresses when consent is given by you. For example, personal data may be collected when you register to be a member of the SHHK, register for SHHK’s events online and/or provide feedback on its services. SHHK may collect such data through various forms and in various places on SHHK Online Services, including membership application forms, event registration forms, survey/feedback forms or when you submit data, communicate or otherwise interact with SHHK through the Online Services. You may choose not to provide the requested data but in that event the Site may not function correctly or certain functions may not be available.
